Apparently tigers, the very animals we grew up with, have lost over 97% of its population in the past century.

It's mostly due to illegal poaching for their fur, meat, and even bones used primarily in traditional Chinese medicines.

When we learned about this, we really wanted to do something about it.

We thought it'd be really cool if you could in some way contribute to a cause,

by simply purchasing an awesome product.

The idea for Quagga was born.

WHAT IS QUAGGA

It's a name of a half-zebra, half-horse animal that roamed the South African prairies in millions only about a hundred years ago. Then due to overhunting and loss of habitat, they have gone extinct. The last Quagga was seen in 1883.

They have since been lost from everyone's memory.

We named ourselves quagga to remind the World just how easily a species can be erased.

With your help, perhaps we can even prevent more animals from walking the same path to extinction.

WHO WE ARE

We believe that fashion can do more than just make you look good.
Perhaps it can be used to bring awareness and prevent animals from extinction.

With your help, we will build a brand that makes

high quality products with unique design

that raises awareness about the problem of endangered animals.

Our Endangered Collection will feature an animal on the verge of extinction.

Because of this, we will only offer a limited quantity of that product.

Hopefully this will serve as your reminder just how special your item is,

and how special each animal in the wild is.

Help us save our endangered species.

STYLE WITH A PURPOSE
EACH PURCHSE HELPS SAVE AN ENDANGERED ANIMAL

WHERE THE FUNDS GO

1. Anti-Poaching Campaign : We will devise up a graphic ad with clear messaging that is meant to
educate and demystify local men's beliefs about benefits of consuming tiger body parts in China.

2. Support Tiger Conservation Units : We will use the funds to visit and learn more about the realissues at tiger conservation units (pockets of protected forests in Southeast Asia) where
governments and NPOs are increasing efforts to keep the poachers out.

3. Potential Future Partnerships : We will partner up with professional non-profit organizations that

have years of experience and expertise in tiger conservation efforts with an aim to reduce demand for

illegally traded tiger body parts.
